TODAY’S GYM STACK FOR SHOULDER WORKOUT

Today I’m goin in on Shoulders and Lats. Light Legs too.
Wanna get it in, aka #GetBrolic.
So besides my workout consisting of military presses and machines I’m supplementing as always.
Creatine and protein as always for this month. 50 grams of protein and 20 of creatine.
And my preworkout will be some of the aforementioned and a serving of Betancourt’s D- STUNNER.
Never tried it before but I’m expecting big things.
