QUICK TIP: USE SMALL PLATES- GET HYPED

When trying to break through plateaus in weightlifting sometimes its mind over matter if not every time.
That’s why this one trick is essential.
If you want to break the 2 plate barrier, aka 225lbs here the way you may not have thought of.

After the 45lb plate on each side add a 25lb plate then 2 10lb plates.

You see what happens here is you don’t see those two big plates.
What you do see is a descending order of weight.
As it looks physically smaller your mind also will see it smaller.
And a task the mind has broken down also becomes vastly more conceivable aka
You lift the weight!
