Ok folks, I’m doing it. I’m taking the plunge and doing the 3 day diet like my partner at work- (Shout out to BIG MIKE).
Simply this: I need to slim down.
I’m a big boy and i plan to get bigger. Much Bigger. However, I’d like to trim down a decent bit in the waistline arena. I used to have an 8 pack at one point in time and I want it back. Back to the Diet.
So Mike did this 3 day diet and had great results. So he did it again. Now I’m not a fan of fad diets. I think hard work does more. But I know I’m an ass and this change in pattern may be just the thing to kickstart my gains.

3 Day Diet Menu Plan
The Military Diet, or the 3 day diet plan, is a short term diet where you can lose up to 10 pounds a week. The actual diet plan for the Military Diet is detailed below.
Water is the only thing you can drink on the Military Diet. And drink as much as you can!
1 Slice of Toast
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
2 hot dogs (without bun)
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
