Well folks this diet rocks lol.
Day 1 has been a breeze.
I actually ate more food for the breakfast and lunch meals than I’m accustomed to. Less protein though by a lot.
Ice cream, vegetables, grilled chicken, coffee- heck if this was a diet I’m in heaven.
I actually don’t do three squares so this was odd.
And yes I know I should be at 6 squares but I’m stubborn.
