Okay friends its day 2 of my crash diet, fools run, carb starve, or whatever it was called before the internet mob laid siege to the idea and proliferated it out to billions of people and renamed it a million times.
Anyway, I’m doing good I think.
The meals were annoying but tasty.
The biggest regret so far is the lack of coffee.
It is quite a hindrance.
I’m used to a cup or 3- and this was harsh.
The meals were also smaller, but as I said- tasty.
There have been vegetables and ice cream every day as well which is interesting.
For the most part this seems to be an enzyme diet as the specific combinations and their ordering will break down fat or maybe just lead to break down anything in the intestinal tract.
I’m not sure but based on the set up I’d assume I’m close to the mark.
