Another 10 lbs dropped.
I’ve lost a total of 20 lbs now but between Round 1 and Round 2 I had gained back 3 of the first 10 lbs.
So as it stands I’ve had a net loss of 17 lbs in 10 days- pretty impressive I’d say.
Scheduling conflicts will mean skipping the diet next week but intend to do it 4 times total at a minimum.
Now for those of you wondering about muscle mass loss- I may have lost some.
However, it seems I’ve gained a healthy amount of definition.
My clothes also fit better and I feel better.
An ancillary benefit: my clothes all fit better. Small thing but pretty cool.
