GYM TIP: SET UP THE DUMBBELLS AS YOU NEED TO USE THEM (NOT HOW YOU PREFER)

Simple concept I came up with.
You see folks I was looking too get my weight up- hard-core. However I was ignoring the weights and dumbbells in my home.
I realized that when I hit the gym I’m prone to doing my favorites.
The ones I get that lovely pump from or the exercises that make me feel massive-
Gargantuan if you will.
However I was coming hom$e and losing time while watching television or even while actually working out.

So I decide to set up my myriad dumbbells to let me be most effective building my weak areas.
I now have-
twin dumbbells with light weight for side lateral raises.
These also allow me to rep out on various bicep curls and ultra light tricep extensions.

Right there I’ve set myself up tp build shoulders, triceps and biceps without a lot of effort.

My curl bar is a little heavier than I’d like- set that way for bent over rows to add width to my back.

Now if you know me you know I want a massive peak to my already large biceps and a wider back and massive rear delts and lats.

That being said I think these small changes will aide me more than any actual bench, extra gym time, or supplement will.
