Cook It Yourself

Harry Balzer on food/diet advice:

Cook it yourself. Eat anything you want – just as long as you’re willing to cook it yourself.

From what I’ve seen this advice is sound.
We waste less food time and money when we cook it ourselves.

Healthy living and longevity both correlate to cooking ones meals.

Obesity rates are inversely related to the amount of food we cook for ourselves as well.
