Over Fatigue the Muscle you want to Build.
To Build a muscle takes time and energy and rest as well. However eating the right nutrients at the right times and getting ample rest may not be good enough.
Tricking the muscle you want to build is always a great idea as well.
However when you over fatigue a muscle, safely, it will soak up more of those nutrients and rest you are feeding it.
Warm up properly, the do double your normal reps and an extra set or two.
If you have to drop 2-5 lbs to do this with proper form then do it. Good form is worth more than extra weight.
