I didn’t say no work.
But with a broom/pole and a few minutes a day doing only what is shown in this pic while tighten and tone your abdominal region.

It also has the added benefit of not building muscle under fat which would only make you look fatter.
Yeah, doing those 800 crunches a day won’t get your abs tight. Diet and cardio carve you. The crunches make you look fatter without the other two.

Low intensity, extremely safe, extremely effective- yeah that sounds about right.
