Quick Tip- workout cures pain

So I had hurt my back, a mild tweak from overworking while digging my car in and out of spots here in NYC.

And I was scared to go to the gym.
So I skipped Saturday.
And today, I was leary but came to the gym anyway.
And as I type this bow my lower back pain has abated greatly and my mind is quite focused.

Lesson here: put in the work.

Exercise is beneficial. And also I stretched quite a bit since arriving at the gym.
