Gym Cheat of the day- Abs on the Decline press

So you want more muscle mass, more definition, but you don’t have more time to add…

Well here is one quick #gymCheat to get you there.
When doing your chest routine, and you’re between sets on the decline benchpress- use that small rest time to do some ab crunches. You are already in a safe, proper position which means you aren’t losing time or risking injury.
Your chest still gets a rest but your down time is utilized to get you closer to your goal.
