Do you even know?
Some exercises are for shaping and some simply are for heavy weight reps that build mass fast.
Ex- Military Press builds mass, while Cable crossovers cut you up adding definition.
Simply put some exercises add some detract- not in a bad way though.
Imagine a linebacker trimming down- that’s one exercise’s function.
Now picture a quarterback trying to be the center- that is a whole different set of exercises – initially. But that’s a story for another article.
