Wednesday Tip of the Week: Take your vitamins.

So simple I thought I wouldn’t write this but a fact is a fact.

Take your multi vitamins folks.
While Nothing will substitute for proper diet and key nutrition, and especially timed meals- a high quality multi vitamin will help you reach your goals. Heck, it will help you just live better.

As you ask more of your body it needs more from you.
Output requires intake.
And don’t skimp, remember you get what you pay for.
