Chew Your Food!

This is a short simple trick for gains-
When you chew your food right, aka properly masticating, your body will absorb all nutrients better.

You have different types of teeth for a reason.

Let some teeth rip, and some teeth grind/mash.
Simple – your body will absorb better what you made into smaller portions at the earliest point of intake.
AKA- cut steak, bite steak, chew steak, repeatedly.
Then swallow.
This will also waste less energy as your body made great efforts initially as opposed to when the food hits the intestines.
