The mind body connection is real folks. Especially in bodybuilding.
And I don’t simply mean because your meat husk carries your brain around so it can work.
For the next 7 days I challenge you to think on this concept and with every rep focus on how every rep feels,
Every contraction- especially at it’s apex.
As you lift/squat/curl- tell yourself that you are getting bigger, stronger, faster.
Focus on the gains and let me know if you not only get a better pump but a mental one as well.
