Wednesday Tip of the Week : Hydrate

I said this before but people lie to themselves.

You don’t need what Mr. O Jay Cutler needs. Or maybe you need more.

You don’t have to drink the amount of water Phil Heath does either.

What you do need to do is assess
YOUR Needs
YOUR Goals
YOUR Supplementation usage.
YOUR Habits.

A crappy rule I like is Drink Water Until Your Piss, aka urine, is Clear.
I think it just might be a real answer.

However I know those sweat more need more water.
Those who use more supplements need more water.

You decide your plan and ratio- but remember too much water, like too little can be very bad for you.
