No seriously, You have to know when to eat and what to eat.
Every day, every meal, see what you are putting in.
I’m not talking macros, micros, nutrient counting.
What I am saying is know how much you need to get in or skip.
It may sound like an over simplification but it’s true.
I make sure I get protein or BCAAS every 4 hours or less.
Starting with my coffee, and ending with a snack before bed- I get what my body needs daily.
Results : I’ve lost 7 pounds and added width overall.
