Pet Peeve at the Gym: Singing Out Loud

I love music.

I have specific playlists for the gym.
Getting hyped up has always helped me hit new #s and bust plateaus.

However, I don’t belt out tracks at full volume, and neither should you.
Be cognizant of the fact that others are trying to smash the weight too.

Gym etiquette is in effect 24/7.
