Gym Tip: Have Specific Music Tracks and Lists for Your Workouts

Music is a powerful tool.

It stirs the soul.
Moves the masses.
It can create change, evoke imagery, and end weddings and funerals with the same song.

And this is why I have playlists strictly for the gym- and you should too.

Create a track list the length of your average workout.
Make sure it is filled with songs that move you.
This is a surefire way to amp you up during your workout.
a tip to super charge this list: only hear these specific songs when you are in the gym.
I have a song I only hear when I attempt to lift heavy. That’s it. It’s half reward, half motivation tool.
