Yes I said carve this turkey!
The turkey being me.
I’m a big boy, hovering between 275 and 289 – too big a spread I feel.
So my immediate aim is to drop 10 pounds.
To achieve this I have cut out dairy and bread in all forms, except for whatever I have left in my pantry.
It’s a sin to waste tasty food! 😉
Now for the first part of this post that I’ve relegated to 2nd- I will do less weight in just about every exercise, but I will do reps much slower with an emphasis on form as well.
This is similar to the concept of time under tension, but that’s for another post.
