I’m tired of the Gym Drama Queens.
And I don’t mean Females, not at all.
I mean the fools who come in and exaggerate every single motion.
You know the type:
Excess shoe rubbing into the floor, “ike that helps the squat.
Screams even with small weight.
Always throws the dumbbells, as if they really lifted something.
Has a gym friend videotape every set.
How about stop trying to show off.
How about not being an attention whore?
Just lift your weights, rack them, and shut up.
