I see this fool at the gym too.
Let shorty breathe bro.
And while I’m at it- stop making your lady do the same workout you do with less weight.
She ain’t you bro!
How about creating a workout/fitness plan that’s tailored to her needs, strengths, and weaknesses?
I guess that is too futuristic for gym lames?

Working out together isn’t an inherently flawed concept, but trying to run her program as if it was the same as yours is ignorant.
No two people need the exact same program.

Also, I’d wager your girl doesn’t dig being your mini me.

Think about it folks.
