Bet you weren’t expecting that.

It’s true though, you have to go just as hard with Rest Day(s).
The human body doesn’t grow during the workout –
It grows when at rest. This is why sleep is so important.
There are no gains without proper nutrients and rest.

So be sure to eat right, sleep right, and most importantly rest right.

Every month take off a whole weekend.
Every three months take 5 days off. And once a year take 2 weeks off- he’ll make it 4 weeks!
Your joints will thank you.
And so will your gains.
