Form is what matters.
Let’s not fill newbies heads with this bs about the amount you lift. No that is poppycock. Proper form is what counts. Do it right, from the beginning. This will not only keep you injury free but it will enable you to progressively lift heavier.
Start with a weight that is manageable for you. Make sure your form is good, and ask for help if you need it.
